Account and Data Deletion Request

MR Pinoy respects your privacy and provides users with the ability to request the deletion of their account and associated personal data.

If you would like to delete your MR Pinoy account and associated personal data, please submit your request through one of the following methods:

1. Log in to the MR Pinoy mobile application.
2. Navigate to Profile.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Please include:

• Your registered email address
• Your Member Code (if available)
• Your registered mobile number

Our team may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

Upon successful verification and approval of your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• Profile information
• Account credentials
• Personal details submitted during registration
• Uploaded identification documents
• Selfie verification images
• Shipping and contact information
• Referral information associated with your account
• App usage data linked to your account

Certain information may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention requirements, dispute resolution, security investigations, or regulatory obligations.

Examples include:

• Transaction records
• Audit logs
• Compliance records
• Records required for legal and financial reporting

Where retention is required, retained records will be stored for up to five (5) years or such longer period as required by applicable laws and regulations in the Philippines.

After the retention period expires, the retained information will be securely deleted or anonymized.

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days from successful identity verification.
